SingHealth seeks a senior leader to shape global health strategy across SGHO and SDGHI, engaging with local and international partners and steering budgeting and governance. Deep experience in healthcare strategy and stakeholder engagement is essential.

You will coordinate strategic initiatives, lead organisational development, and oversee governance and compliance to advance SingHealth's international health agenda. Overseas travel is required.

Formación

• Leadership experience in healthcare or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead organisational transformation and capability building.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate long‑term plans into actionable outcomes.
• Experience building and sustaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SGHO's and SDGHI's strategic plans, conduct market research, and set monitoring frameworks.
• Drive HR strategy, talent management, and organisational development initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance across SGHO and SDGHI.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local and international partners; oversee budgeting and funding relations.
