Job summary

NATIONAL DENTAL CENTRE OF SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Director to lead the Research Department’s administration, operations, technology and innovation, plus strategic research initiatives. You will drive organization-wide strategies to improve efficiency, foster excellence, and nurture a safe, inclusive research environment while partnering with local and international collaborators and industry partners.

Qualifications

• PhD/ Masters in Science or related field with minimum 12 years of relevant experience in research and academic administration.
• At least 6 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team independently and work well in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director, Research and Deputy CEO in oversight of research admin, operations, technology and innovation.
• Lead organization-wide strategies to improve efficiency and nurture a high-quality research environment.
• Coordinate ORH ACP and NDRIS academic and research masterplans and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare strategic reports, briefing papers and materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Foster partnerships with local and international collaborators and industry partners.
