Job summary

National Dental Centre Singapore seeks a Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager to lead research lab setup and operations in the NDCS building. You will coordinate workflows, documentation, procurement and governance in alignment with programme priorities.

The role requires managing grants calls, tracking budgets and disseminating findings, while supporting publicity and secretariat tasks. Strong written and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline.
• 2–4 years’ experience in research lab setup and operations.
• 1–2 years’ experience in grants management or/and communications.
• Familiar with SAP and Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage research lab operations and compliance in the NDCS environment.
• Coordinate laboratory workflows, documentation, procurement and vendor coordination.
• Manage grant calls end-to-end including timelines, peer review and award notification.
• Track grant utilisation and budgets and report variances to finance.
• Support publicity initiatives and preparation of pitch decks; provide admin and secretariat support.
