Visi Intergroup Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales/BD leader to drive recruitment business development, secure new clients, and expand market reach. You will lead the recruitment team, nurture client relationships, and represent the firm at meetings and events.

The role covers sourcing and screening candidates, developing opportunities in new markets, and mentoring staff. You will report to the Chief Business Development Director and contribute to strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• An experienced Sales/Business Development professional with at least 1 year in recruitment.
• CEI certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of closing sales and building industry networks.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Articulate and professional communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined in a target-driven role.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruitment team to identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Prospect for new clients through calling, meetings, and networking events.
• Source and screen candidates to match job positions.
• Develop opportunities with target and new markets and maintain client relationships.
• Attend client meetings and industry events representing Visi Recruitment Firm.
• Provide specialist HR/recruitment advice to new clients and negotiate terms.
• Work with the team on business development activities and ensure smooth handovers.
• Propose process improvements and new strategies to generate and maintain business.
