Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to source quotes, prepare project costing and tender documents. The role involves liaising with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers to resolve cost issues and ensure accurate costing summaries.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, has 4–6 years of experience in a QS consultancy, and demonstrates strong knowledge of construction

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
4–6 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.
Strong understanding of construction processes.
Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software and MS Office.
Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary.
To prepare project costing.
To prepare documents for tender and contract; &
To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.
