Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying consultancy.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with cost estimation software and MS Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source quotations, price comparison and costing summaries.
• Prepare project costing.
• Prepare documents for tender and contract.
• Liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.
