Job summary

Pascal Industries Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Purchaser to support procurement and logistics operations. You will handle supplier management, quotations, purchase orders, and goods receipts to keep supply aligned with demand.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, monitor stock levels, and contribute to forecasting trends for strategic procurement. The role requires teamwork and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Others or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and able to work with all levels of staff.
• A good team player and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Purchaser will be reporting to the Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supplier management, evaluate quotations and negotiate prices.
• Perform purchasing administration from Purchase Quotation, creation of Purchase Order and Goods Receipt.
• Manage freight forwarders for overseas shipment (including clearance and inward delivery of goods).
• Follow up on orders to ensure the items are shipped and delivered on time.
• Assist to forecast trends and demand for products to meet business needs and work with warehouse and logistics team to keep constant check on stock level.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
