Job summary

The successful candidate will maintain orderly stock records, perform inventory control, and handle ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source for suppliers’ quotations, price comparisons, ensure on-time issuance of POs and compilation of proper records of receipts of goods and DOs (both local and overseas).
• Review purchasing activities including delivery order & servicing scheduling.
• Keep a record of stocks and ensure that stocks are in order and updated.
• Inventory control.
• Any other ad-hoc and administration duties assigned.
