Job summary

TRUSSCO PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will manage purchasing activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and support smooth supply chain operations with strong IT skills.

You will source suppliers, process POs, monitor inventory, and generate reports to support planning and forecasting. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and warehouse staff to ensure timely replenishment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and purchasing processes.
• Ability to source suppliers and process orders efficiently.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and product quality.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and order status.
• Maintain accurate supplier data and purchasing records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Monitor and manage daily inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Update and maintain inventory records in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team on stock movement and replenishment.
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status.
• Analyse stock trends to support planning and forecasting.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in systems and spreadsheets.
