Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and procurement is preferred.
• Proficient IT skills and working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and product quality
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and order status
• Maintain accurate supplier data and purchasing records
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve delivery or quality issues
• Monitor and manage daily inventory levels
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Update and maintain inventory records in the system
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team on stock movement and replenishment
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status
• Analyse stock trends to support planning and forecasting
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in systems and spreadsheets
