Job summary

Keppel Real Estate Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an organized Executive to support Business Development, Marketing and Project Delivery. You will draft proposals, update pitch decks, and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, clear written and verbal communication, and attention to detail. Degree in a related field and 1–3 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (consulting, real estate, marketing, or coordination).

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development, marketing and project delivery through deck prep and coordination.
• Prepare client proposals, pitch decks, scope of work, and pricing frameworks.
• Conduct market intelligence and present insights in ready-to-use formats.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on project deliverables and reports.
• Assist in creating marketing narratives, brochures, and case studies.
