Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Operations Officer to monitor M&E systems and ensure optimal performance in line with design specifications.

You will collaborate with the Building Manager and operations team to maintain systems and drive efficiency, review SOPs, assist in budgets and forecasts, and handle tenant feedback and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the building's M&E systems to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
• Work closely with the Building Manager and operations team to ensure all building systems are maintained and operated efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, procedures and operational requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in building operations, including M&E systems and soft services, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in overseeing soft services operations, including managing service providers and addressing tenants' feedback and concerns.
• Review standard operating procedures, existing operational processes and house rules to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing annual operating budgets, expenses and forecasts.
• Prepare and review operational reports, including budgets, Annual Business Plans and Asset Review Reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
