foodpanda Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join the CX & Service Operations Quick-Commerce Marketplace. You will lead transformation projects, coordinate plans, and manage resources to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, communicating with stakeholders, and partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive successful outcomes and readouts for leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Manages resources, timelines, and budgets effectively to meet objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to create clear readouts and communication plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quick-Commerce related projects end-to-end from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Create and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner cross-functionally with CX & Service Ops and broader org.
• Provide regular readouts and status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
