You will translate regional priorities into clear plans, manage selected Retail Media projects, and work with local market teams to implement actions that improve performance and advertiser outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in business performance, project management, commercial strategy, e-commerce, digital advertising, Retail Media or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Track Retail Media performance across APAC & EU markets against targets and KPIs.
• Support regional performance reviews by consolidating insights and actions.
• Coordinate with market teams to translate findings into acceleration plans.
• Manage selected regional Retail Media projects with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Document learnings and share best practices across markets.
