Manpower Singapore is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, manage, and analyze project schedules ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives. You will prepare detailed baselines, including WBS, sequencing, and resource allocation, and monitor progress with corrective actions as needed.

The role requires Primavera P6 proficiency, strong knowledge of EPCM delivery, and ability to lead schedule reviews with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

Develop, manage, and analyze project schedules to ensure timely project execution and alignment with project objectives.
Prepare detailed baseline schedules, including work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequencing, logic links, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project milestones.
Track project performance and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key deliverables.
Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of project activities.
Lead schedule review and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare detailed planning reports, including critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and delay impact assessments.
Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure clear communication, transparency, and alignment of project timelines.
