OCBC Property Services Private Limited is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee day-to-day management of property and facilities projects from inception to handover. You will plan, coordinate, and control progress across feasibility, design, procurement, construction and testing.

The role requires at least five years in project management for buildings, with strong communication and proficiency in project management software; AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of project management experience in building additions & alterations or commercial fitouts.
• Relevant educational qualifications in building disciplines such as project/construction management, architecture or engineering.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and control project implementation from inception to completion.
• Manage project scope, interdependencies, risks, milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction and handover to operations.
• Chair project meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
