Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, programme coordination, implementation delivery, or similar.
• Experience coordinating software, data, analytics or complex solution projects.
• Strong practical project-management skills with WBS, milestones, risks and issue logs.
• Ability to follow modelling/analytical solutions from data to outputs.
• Excellent written communication and synthesis skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills to organize evidence from multiple sources.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and geographies without formal authority.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools and standard office suites.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Project Infrastructure: set up charters, WBS, milestones, owners, dependencies, risk/issue logs and dashboards.
• Delivery Planning & Scoping: translate priorities into end-to-end implementation plans and success criteria.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Management: run cadences, trackers, decisions and follow‑through across customers and partners.
• Research & Drafting: prepare concept notes, project plans, status updates and external reports.
• Operational Discipline & Knowledge Management: maintain HubSpot, maps and version-controlled records.
