Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to deliver end-to-end TMaaS projects across SAF & RSAF, overseeing delivery, stakeholder management, system implementation, cybersecurity, cloud operations and vendor management. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in IT Management or Engineering and about 5 years’ experience in a related field; defence or government project experience is a plus.

Defense or government project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution and delivery of software development and digital transformation projects.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources.
Develop project plans, milestones and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and report to senior management and customers.
Facilitate project governance meetings and drive issue resolution.
Maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate with customers including government agencies and enterprise clients.
Manage external vendors, subcontractors and technology partners.
