is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of ICT infrastructure, network, systems, and cybersecurity projects within complex multi-vendor environments. The successful candidate will possess strong governance, stakeholder management, technical acumen, and the ability to coordinate internal teams, vendors, and customers to deliver on time, within budget, and to agreed scope and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering ICT infrastructure, networking, systems integration, or technology transformation projects.
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including governance and delivery milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and procurement oversight.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet scope, budget, and quality targets.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and manage stakeholder expectations.
