Job summary

FinPrime Group in Singapore is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to lead strategic, operational and technology projects across our FX and CFD brokerage. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans and coordinate across Trading, Risk Management, Dealing, Technology, Compliance, Operations and Client Services to drive efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Project Management or related discipline; 3+ years PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from requirements to delivery, coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet scope and timelines.
• Own NPAP and SDLC documentation, maintain project plans, progress reports, action trackers and updates.
• Manage projects involving trading platforms, liquidity connectivity, pricing systems, risk tools and back-office infra, including integrations with liquidity providers, FIX API, CRM and MT4/MT5.
• Act as central coordination point across multiple functions, translating directives into clear workstreams and deliverables.
• Support regulatory licensing, new market entry, governance and audit readiness initiatives; drive process improvements via SOPs and checklists.
