Job summary

AKC in Singapore seeks a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the WSH, vocational, and corporate training sectors.

You will bridge market needs with AKC’s training solutions, develop proposals and presentations, and work closely with Operations to ensure client expectations are met while pursuing long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new opportunities in training and corporate solutions.
• Maintain and expand relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Work closely with Operations and Projects to meet client expectations.
• Represent AKC at networking events and client meetings.
• Track sales performance and report on pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.
