CANTAL SWITCHGEAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Singapore.

The role focuses on coordinating project-related matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely deliveries and successful project completion. You will support sales and project teams with document preparation, schedules, and progress tracking while coordinating with engineering, production, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in relevant field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in project coordination or in a similar industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work concurrently and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales and project team in preparation and submission of project documents.
• Handle and coordinate sales and project admin matters including project schedules, production progress and documentations.
• Coordinate project matters with internal departments such as engineering, production, procurement and etc.
• Identify and escalation project delays or issues arise to the project in-charge.
• Prepare project updates, tracking reports and data management.
• Assist in preparation of sales quotation and tender.
• Any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior.
