Qualifications

• Assist in planning and organizing project management activities to meet cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Assist to ensure safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities.
• Understand contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning for site mobilization and work sequential execution.
• Assist in preparing works schedules and master programs.
• Assist in monitoring project cost budgets and ensuring desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment.
• Assist in ensuring project performance through close supervision, site checks, and monitoring of progress.
• Assist in updating project development performance in monthly management meetings.
• Assist in ensuring that risk management is taken into account in all project management activities.
• Liaises with suppliers and sub-contractors on contractual matters.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.
