Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced BIM professional to lead modelling standards, train staff, and supervise 3D coordination across projects in Singapore. The role involves setting up modelling environments, monitoring schedules, and ensuring clash-free deliverables.

You will coordinate with the project team on site progress, run virtual mock-ups, and perform 4D/5D simulations to support construction planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building.
• Min 3 years experience in related field for this position.
• Proficiency in BIM software and understanding of 3D modeling principles.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and design processes.
• Familiarity with relevant BIM standards and protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot potential clashes or issues in the models.

Responsibilities

• Train BIM modellers and drafters in company BIM standards.
• Set up and monitor modelling environment.
• Manage model schedule based on site schedule and align with critical path.
• Monitor BIM model and shop drawing creation and revisions.
• Conduct QAQC to the BIM models.
• Manage BIM modellers work scope & schedule.
• Work closely with project team on site progress issues.
• Establish and monitor clashes with project team and ICE sessions.
• Execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow.
• Execute simulations for 4D & 5D.
