Job summary

Teambuild Construction Group is seeking a BIM Designer to create and manage BIM design, tender models, and construction drawings for ongoing projects in Singapore. You will support BIM implementation on-site, coordinate with design consultants, clients and subcontractors, maintain libraries and templates, and develop 4D simulations to enhance project delivery and constructability.

Role emphasizes following established standards, ensuring modeling quality control, and liaising with the Document

Responsibilities

Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation
Support BIM implementation tasks on projects and facilitate project construction team with updated approved BIM information
Build-up, regularly update and enhance BIM objective, templates and object libraries for the Company.
Coordinate between BIM modelers, design consultants, clients and sub-contractors
Review Design Models and Fabrication Models and Drawings
Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability
Create construction and as built models
Develop Virtual Mock up and 4D simulation
Ensure Modeling Quality Control
Follow the standards, work flows, settings and best practices that ensure delivery of high quality consistent model and drawing output across the entire project.
Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
Participate in regular BIM coordination review process throughout the duration of the project.
Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings
