Job summary

DBS Bank, within the Strategic Program Office, seeks an experienced Operations professional to manage a portfolio of CBWMO projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Platform Leads, Technology teams, and Finance controllers to track financials and outcomes and to prepare PSC materials.

In this role you will oversee budgeting, review business cases, monitor spend and benefits, and ensure timely PSC follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in finance and project management.
• Familiar with basic finance concepts (P&L, capex, opex).
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sponsors, PMs, Platform Leads, and Tech teams.
• Prepare PSC materials and project status updates.
• Document PSC minutes and track actions.
• Review business cases with Finance controllers.
• Monitor CBWMO financials and benefits (budget, forecast, spend).
• Support annual budgeting for platform initiatives.
• Process project contracts and invoices.
• Compile progress for KPI reporting.
• Track monthly project resources.
