Job summary

DBS Bank Limited is seeking a disciplined Business Manager for Group Operations’ SCM governance and performance management. You will consolidate financial, workforce, scorecard, and strategic inputs to support executive oversight and timely decisions.

You will coordinate governance cadences, manage senior stakeholder requests, and translate complex information into concise executive updates, partnering with regional teams to drive accountability and strong execution across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in business management, strategy, finance, performance management, or COO office.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, workforce planning, and governance.
• Experience preparing management materials and executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scorecard processes and governance cadences.
• Experience working across regional, cross-functional, or matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• SCM Governance and Performance Management: manage reporting governance across FTE, financials, and savings.
• Executive Reporting and Management Reviews: prepare executive materials and coordinate management meetings.
• Scorecard Governance and Performance Management: facilitate scorecard governance and reviews.
• Delivery Excellence: ensure consistency, quality, and timely reporting deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with regional teams and senior leaders to drive alignment.
