Job summary

DBS in Singapore is seeking an Associate to drive strategic delivery and change management across CBWMO, focusing on transformation, digital initiatives and automation. You will work with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Technology and Risk to deliver end-to-end projects.

The role requires 3–6 years of delivery experience in banking or financial services, strong SDLC knowledge, stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years in banking/financial services project delivery, PMO, change management or delivery.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end SDLC and delivering cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience coordinating UAT, testing and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CBWMO transformation, business change, digital initiatives across Singapore and regional teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Operations, Product, Technology, Data, Risk & Governance to align delivery.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Write user stories, groom backlogs, and manage delivery plans, risks and governance.
• Lead business readiness, communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Coordinate UAT, regression testing, and production deployment; support GenAI initiatives.
