Job summary

Turner & Townsend Singapore is seeking a Senior Programme Director to lead enterprise-scale programmes across real estate, infrastructure and capital projects. You will align strategic plans, establish governance, and drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8–12+ years of leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. You will mentor teams, promote continuous improvement, and deliver on time, within budget and quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• 8–12+ years with leading complex programmes, projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Certifications in programme, project, or change management preferred.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation or business change initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of portfolio, programme, and project management practices.
• Financial and commercial acumen preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Proactive, resilient, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Align strategic plans and delivery approaches with organizational priorities.
• Advocate programme objectives across stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Establish governance frameworks with standards and quality requirements.
• Oversee assurance and review activities to ensure governance and compliance.
• Drive performance monitoring across risks, timelines, budgets, controls and quality.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of programmes with scope, milestones, budgets, benefits and risk controls.
• Maintain performance tracking and reporting for decision-making.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with clear accountability and effective delivery management.
• Develop trusted stakeholder relationships and provide actionable insights.
