Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale, technically complex infrastructure project in Singapore. You will work with leadership, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure planning, governance, testing, commissioning and handover are effectively managed.

The role emphasizes integrated scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination and documentation in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project planning, scheduling, reporting and governance capabilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple consultants, contractors and regulators.
• Familiarity with testing, commissioning, IST and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, master programmes and milestone trackers.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks and recovery opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and governance updates.
• Coordinate across clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies.
