Turner & Townsend in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure developments. The role requires strong project leadership across design, procurement, construction, testing and handover with significant coordination across multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, authorities and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree required in engineering, architecture, construction management or project management.
• Substantial experience delivering large-scale, technically complex builds.
• End-to-end project leadership from design through handover.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and authorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead project delivery from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate across clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Chair meetings, provide progress updates, risks and key decisions.
• Develop and monitor master programme, cost, quality and schedule.
