Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Coordinate project activities across departments and teams.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance and deliverables.
• Track project schedules, budgets, resources, and expenses.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and take corrective action when required.
• Communicate status, risks, issues, and achievements to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain documentation.
• Manage changes to scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
• Resolve issues and remove obstacles to delivery.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and standards.
• Conduct project closure activities and document lessons learned.
