Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing).
• Sales/marketing/business development experience desired.
• Experience in contract manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor process equipment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving, sustaining and growing business from new/existing customers.
• Ensuring the yearly sales target/revenue set for SBUs are met.
• Reviewing projects and assessing fit with company goals.
• Providing leadership and direction to develop team members through clear strategies and processes.
• Monitoring Profit & Loss performance of each project.
• Lead RFQ, order fulfilment, ECR management, cost reduction and on-time deliveries.
