Job summary

FLEXTRONICS MANUFACTURING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to delivery in Singapore. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers and suppliers to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage budgets and resources, and regular interaction with executives. You will drive program performance and ensure compliance with contractual commitments and EHS policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Program Management function.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct specific projects and programs from inception through delivery.
• Develop and ensure adherence to project and program budgets.
• Organize project-related activities and communications among departments, customers, vendors and the community.
• Participate with other managers in establishing strategic organizational plans and objectives.
• Direct the activities of program team members and plan, budget and maintain costs for a broad functional area.
• Interact regularly with executives and customers.
• Drive strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend Flextronics capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
• Reviews high-level program reports and presentations for management, customers and others.
• Contribute to Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis and track relevant metrics.
