Job summary

ResMed in Singapore is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing activities. You will build and maintain daily and weekly production schedules, align them with demand and material availability, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations.
Hands-on experience using an ERP system to create and manage production work orders, inventory transactions, and scheduling.
Experience developing and maintaining daily or weekly production plans within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify production risks and develop recovery actions.

Responsibilities

Create, release, and maintain production work orders within the ERP system.
Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, material availability, and manufacturing priorities.
Validate production schedules against material, labor, machine, and resource availability.
Monitor production progress and schedule adherence, adjusting plans when priorities, demand, materials, or operational conditions change.
Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, Demand Planning, and other stakeholders to support production execution.
