Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Production Planner to translate customer demand into executable production plans within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will collaborate across functions to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and continuous improvement, while supporting Emerson’s values of innovation and integrity.

You will develop schedules, manage S&OP inputs, monitor execution, and coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, customer care, logistics, and engineering to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related field with 2–3 years of experience.
• Experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of production planning concepts, capacity planning, and material requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules for assigned product families.
• Prepare and manage S&OP inputs, monthly production plans, and weekly schedules.
• Monitor execution of plans and identify risks to minimize disruptions.
• Analyze backlog, demand, and forecasts to prioritize activities.
• Track production progress and ensure quality and delivery requirements.
