Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in BOM management, design support, or manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient with ERP systems for data navigation and control.
• Able to communicate with Chinese workers.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) per drawings and specs.
• Develop and monitor production planning schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans for urgent orders or disruptions.
• Coordinate with Storekeeper to control inventory and ensure material availability.
• Review material withdrawal records for accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate with purchasing to monitor procurement and PO timelines; obtain supplier ETAs.
• Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for materials and tooling.
• Liaise with production to address operational issues and maintain flow.
• Monitor in-house inventory and issue additional stock as needed for production.
