Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Production Control Planner to support manufacturing operations, material control and inventory management.

You will handle part status enquiries and provide updates on material availability and shortages, while coordinating SAP-based transactions and Quality Notifications with stakeholders. The role requires hands-on SAP experience (MIGO), strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, production planning, material or inventory control.
• Hands-on SAP experience, particularly MIGO.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle part status enquiries and provide updates on material availability, shortages and inventory status.
• Coordinate Quality Notification (QN) implementation with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform SAP transactions, including MIGO, goods receipts, inventory transfers and stock adjustments.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure project materials are available to support production requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support production and project activities.
