Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Material Planner to ensure seamless material flow using SAP MRP and close collaboration with Purchasing and Production. You will plan, schedule and monitor movement of materials across the production cycle, update arrival dates, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Store to keep on-time delivery.

Proactively identify shortages and capacity constraints and drive cross-functional actions to prevent delays.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in supply chain or related field.
1–2 years of experience in materials planning or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Execute MRP runs in SAP and advise Purchasing on timely procurement of materials.
Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials throughout the production cycle.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time availability of materials.
Monitor and collaborate with Production and Store to ensure smooth material flow.
Update material arrival dates in the daily sales order/production order listing.
Review daily inputs to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to update and ensure timely ordering, receipt, and delivery of materials.
Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and order fulfillment issues through SAP analysis and cross-department coordination.
