Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Material Control Planner to monitor supplier POs and forecasts, liaise with vendor and production planners, and ensure on-time material availability. The role requires SAP experience, strong coordination, and excellent Excel/analytical skills.

Responsibilities include controlling material flow, stock management, and coordinating with logistics and production for smooth material movements and new program start-up coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment/production.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Materials Management.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• SAP experience is required.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track supplier purchase orders and forecasts to ensure timely material availability.
• Liaise with global vendor planner on supplier shipment conformance.
• Liaise with production planner to ensure level forecast to suppliers.
• Ensure suppliers' delivery, services and procedures compliance.
