Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Planner to support manufacturing operations in Singapore. You will plan material flow, determine requirements, coordinate with purchasing, production and engineering, and manage inventory to avoid shortages.

The role includes SAP transactions, aligning shipment schedules, and contributing to process improvements by building dashboards with Python, SQL and data tools. Strong Excel and communication in fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of planning experience in manufacturing.
• SAP knowledge required.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; Python/SQL a plus.
• Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor material flow across the production cycle.
• Determine material requirements based on production schedules.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams.
• Manage inventory levels and resolve material shortages.
• Prepare weekly production plans to meet build targets.
• Perform SAP transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Align shipment schedules with manufacturing and logistics.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using Python/SQL.
