Job summary

DR. WHO GLOBAL WATERTECH (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Planner & Materials Planner in Singapore to manage schedules, forecast materials, and control inventory for smooth manufacturing and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include coordinating across Production, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse and Quality, monitoring progress, and optimizing operations with ERP/MRP tools. Strong analytical and planning skills are required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience in production planning and materials planning within a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts, inventory, and capacity.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Quality teams for on-time delivery.
Monitor progress and adjust plans for material availability and production constraints.
Analyze performance data to improve productivity and resource utilization.
Prepare detailed planning reports and maintain accurate records.
