the k word pte. ltd. is seeking a data-driven analyst to develop category and product assortment plans using AutoCount, Excel, and Power BI. You will analyse sales, stock, and demand to optimise our product portfolio across showrooms and online platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Excel-based models, AutoCount, and Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement in category performance.

Qualifikationen

Proficiency with AutoCount and Excel for assortment planning.
Experience evaluating product performance using Excel-based models.
Ability to build and interpret Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking.

Aufgaben

Develop category and product plans using AutoCount and Excel based on demand, sales, and inventory.
Conduct market visits and showroom reviews; consolidate findings in Excel.
Evaluate new products/categories using Excel-based comparison models (pricing, specs, fit).
Review stock and inventory in AutoCount; recommend assortment changes across channels.
Extract sales, stock, and inventory data from AutoCount and analyze in Excel by category.
Assess performance with AutoCount, Excel, and Power BI to identify fast/slow-moving items.
Establish and monitor KPIs using Power BI dashboards for product movement and demand.
Identify items needing prioritisation or repositioning using Excel and Power BI.
Prepare product-performance reports using AutoCount, Excel, and Power BI.
Analyze trends across products, categories, and channels to inform planning.
