Job summary

X Star, a Singapore-based automotive fintech company, is seeking a data-driven analyst to turn data into actionable insights across finance, sales, and operations. You will design and maintain dashboards, perform rigorous data analysis, and enable evidence-based decision making for regional management.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will support new product launches, profitability analysis, budgeting, and ROI tracking, ensuring timely reporting and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science or Statistics.
• Min 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying relational databases.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with data analytics trends.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data mining techniques.

Responsibilities
