GovTech Singapore is seeking a Product Manager (also suitable for a Business Analyst) to drive user engagement, stakeholder management, and strategic roadmap planning for cybersecurity solutions. You will lead agile ceremonies, manage sprint backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable features.

The role focuses on translating security requirements into valuable product capabilities, measuring impact, and ensuring delivery excellence in an enterprise context.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of product management experience with demonstrated success in roadmaps and strategy.
• Experience in cybersecurity solutions is strongly preferred.
• Track record of end-to-end product delivery in enterprise software.
• Experience in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder management across organisational levels.
• Experience in translating customer requirements into product features.
• Collaboration with engineering teams in agile environments.
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of UX principles and design thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Lead Product/Programme Manager to execute product strategy and vision.
• Own and drive specific product features within the cybersecurity solution.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Build business cases for new features and improvements.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for features.
• Drive user research to understand needs and pain points.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with UX and development teams.
• Lead sprint ceremonies and manage backlogs; remove blockers with engineering leads.
• Balance technical debt with new feature development and ensure compliance with security standards.
