Job summary

Molex in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycle management of assigned product lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies, drive business growth, and ensure solutions align with customer needs and market opportunities.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and supply chain to deliver innovative connectivity solutions and create long-term value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of product management experience in electronics components or related tech.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin to support engagement with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive product commercialization activities, including business case development, pricing strategies, and sales enablement.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead cost reduction, capacity planning, and product improvement initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
