Job summary

Molex Singapore is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive advanced process development in DataCom and Specialty Solutions. You will optimize manufacturing methods, improve productivity, and ensure quality and safety in production transfers.

You'll lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and EHS to implement sustainable process improvements, reduce waste, and deliver robust, scalable manufacturing solutions for new products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in assembly process development, process optimization, or manufacturing troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, SOP/WI, SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical analysis techniques.
Experience interpreting technical drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
Ability to analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and process capability.
Experience with MES, SAP, or production reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Lead transfer of new products into production while ensuring process capability and robust documentation.
Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in yield, uptime, and process capability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven approaches.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
