Job summary

WeRecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing and RFQs to delivery follow-up. The role requires coordinating with suppliers, planning teams, and logistics to ensure on-time materials availability and cost efficiency.

The candidate will review MRP-based material needs, maintain supplier performance, and handle procurement documentation and reporting to support production schedules and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement experience including sourcing, RFQ, price negotiation, shipment coordination, and delivery follow-up.
• Experience in reviewing and procuring materials based on MRP requirements.
• Strong supplier management to ensure quality, on-time delivery and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFQ issuance, price negotiation, shipment coordination, and delivery follow-up.
• Review and procure materials, components, and equipment based on MRP requirements.
• Monitor and expedite materials with suppliers to align with production schedules and coordinate adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning to support operational efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control, including periodic review and stocking policy execution.
• Liaise with logistics providers for shipment arrangements, delivery status updates, and customs declarations.
