Job summary

SANLI E&C PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Purchaser to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, evaluate suppliers, and secure favorable terms.

You will issue Purchase Orders, coordinate deliveries with project and site teams, and ensure all procurement aligns with company policies and project requirements.

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ purchasing experience, especially in construction or engineering, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of hands-on experience in purchasing.
• Candidates working in construction / Engineering industry is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure terms on cost, delivery schedules, and service quality.
• Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities to meet project and operational requirements
• Maintain supplier relationships, perform supplier evaluation and performance management
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in a timely manner
• Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules, discrepancies, and quality issues
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements
