Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking an experienced professional for the Office of Corporate Communications and Marketing (OCCM) to oversee finance, procurement, and administration.

You will manage end-to-end procurement, HR administration, and support budget planning, working with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and accurate financial records. Strong SAP/Ariba skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR or related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in budget planning, procurement processes, financial administration and reporting, HR matters.
• Familiar with SAP and Ariba systems; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement: tenders, vendor evaluation, POs, contracts and payments.
• Ensure compliance with SMU procurement and finance policies and processes.
• Maintain records, budget tracking, and asset verification; support budget forecasts.
• Coordinate HR administration, onboarding and staff welfare; liaise with internal stakeholders.
